Add/Edit Page Content

Add/Insert New Content

  1. Within the page area that you wish to insert content (e.g. Upper Copy Area),
    select a type of content from the dropdown box (e.g. Heading 2)
  2. Click the Add button
  3. Complete text and select fields as appropriate when prompted
    • e.g. Heading 2:
  4. Added content will appear on the Editor screen
    • e.g. Heading 2:

Move/Reorder Content

  1. Place the mouse cursor over the heading area of the content element you want to move
  2. When the cursor changes to a cross with four arrows, drag the element above or below surrounding content elements

    • Note: Content cannot be dragged between content regions (e.g. An image in a left column cannot be moved to the right column or footer area)


Edit Content

  1.  Click the pencil-shaped Edit icon to the upper left of the content you want to edit
  2. Edit the text and select fields as appropriate
    • e.g. Heading 2
  3. Click the Save button

Delete Content

  1.  Click the red/white X icon to the upper right of the content you want to delete
  2. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion

Publish Changes

Although page content additions and edits are saved immediately within the CMS, they will not appear on the live website.

  1. Press the Publish button to copy the changes to the live website
